About this agency
Multidisciplinary care is provided six days a week with two evening sessions, plus 24 hour physician accountability. Services include General Medicine, Woman's Services, STD/ HIV, Immunization, Laboratory and Dentistry. Charges are based on a sliding fee scale.
The Center is strategically located in the heart of the east side of Joliet at 1106 Neal Avenue. Since the Center's inception basic barriers to primary health care have been eliminated.
