The following payment sources are accepted for family planning services:

• Payment is expected at the time of service. Donations accepted.
• Private Pay: fees are based on a sliding fee scale following a financial assessment.
• Private Insurance
• Medicaid

Eligibility: Anyone who wants to prevent pregnancy or be tested for sexually transmitted disease is eligible.

Services available through the Family Planning Program include:

• The Family Planning Program does not include coverage of abortions.
• Limited evaluation, counseling, and referral for infertility
• STD testing and treatment
• Pregnancy Testing
• Pap smears

Education relating to reproductive health and sexually transmitted diseases (STD)

The Health Department provides confidential and affordable family planning services, including birth control and testing for sexually-transmitted diseases (STDs) for women.

• Conventional HIV Blood
• Conventional HIV Oral
• Gonorrhea
• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis B Vaccine
• Hepatitis C
• HPV Vaccine
• Syphilis
