This program offers free, anonymous and confidential HIV testing, counseling as well as referral services.
When people living with HIV/AIDS achieve the best possible outcomes they are far less likely to transmit HIV infection to others. So the primary goal of HIV Prevention and Health Care Support Services is to keep people connected to health care and support.
HIV Counseling, Testing and Referral OTL Activities designed to increase a clients knowledge of his/her HIV serostatus; to encourage and support risk reduction; to secure needed referrals for appropriate medical prevention; promote partner counseling; referral services linkage (PCRS); 20-minute Alere HIV-1/2 Ag/Ab Combo Finger Stick test result.
