The family planning program provides the following medical services: physical exams, cervical cancer screening, breast/testicular cancer screening, sexually transmitted infection testing, STI treatment, high blood pressure screening, anemia screening, pregnancy testing and contraceptive methods.

Mission:  To prevent, control, and treat the spread of sexually transmitted diseases in Tennessee.

Charges are based on the sliding fee scale and adjusted according to the number in the family and gross income for the family. Proof of identity, income and residency are required for some services.
