Anonymous and Confidential HIV Counseling and Testing
Risk Assessments and Testing for HIV and Other Communicable Diseases
Referrals to Other Programs, e.g. Alcohol & Other Drug Services, STD, Family Planning, Immunizations, Mental Health and Violence & Abuse Services
Prevention and Risk Reduction Education Activities
STD/HIV/AIDS Education Provided to High School students Upon Request
STD/HIV Appointments are available:
Tuesdays and Fridays (Delta Office) 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tuesdays (Menominee Office) 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Other appointment dates may be available. Please call to schedule
Evening appointments are available each month

Blood draw (for HIV, Hep B and C, Syphilis) - $30
Chlamydia and Gonorrhea test - $64
HIV rapid test free
