About this agency

The HIV Counseling Testing and Referral Program provides Free Rapid HIV Antibody Screening Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm as well as Prevention and Education around Sexually Transmitted Infections, HIV and Hepatitis, Monday through Friday, Substance Use Recovery Support Services Monday and Friday 6:00 to 9:00 pm, Supported Referrals for a variety of local and regional support services that may improve the quality of life for area residents. New North Citizens' Council's Health
