Free or Low Cost Testing and Treatment for Sexually-Transmitted Infections.

The Barry-Eaton District Health Department offers confidential testing and treatment for chlamydia and gonorrhea.

Appointments usually last approximately 30 minutes. Test results may be given by telephone or mail. Results are generally available two weeks after testing.

STD counseling, testing and treatment is available to all persons 13 years of age and older.

Minors do not need parental or guardian consent for counseling, testing or treatment.

STD counseling and testing is $22, however, clients will not be turned away if they are unable to pay.

Women age 30 and over may be charged an additional lab fee, payment is expected at the time of service.
